1  Introduction

Welcome to ndaji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ndaji ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users. By accessing ndaji through this website, the mobile version, or any other channel, or by registering an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any ndaji services. ndaji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2  Definitions

The following terms used in this document have the meanings given below:

• "Platform" — ndaji's website, applications, and all related digital services.
• "User" — any person who has opened an account on ndaji or is using the platform.
• "Account" — a user's registered personal profile.

4  Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Opening an account under another person's identity or with false information.
• Creating or operating an account using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to access the platform.

5  Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. 6  Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on ndaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500. Deposits will be credited to your account after verification.

ndaji only accepts transactions from the user's own payment account. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and such transactions may be rejected or result in account suspension.

7  Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your account identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be held or delayed in the following situations:

• Identity verification is incomplete.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Unusual activity is suspected on the account.
• There is a technical or security-related issue.

9  Welcome Bonus

ndaji offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳42,000 would receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. The bonus will be credited to your account automatically.

10  Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not deposit + bonus). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Rules for meeting the wagering requirement:

• Bets on slots, casino, and fishing games generally count at 100%.
• Specific promotions may have different rules — these will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

11  Bonus Abuse Policy

Creating accounts or conducting transactions solely to obtain bonuses, coordinated bonus claiming ("bonus abuse"), and claiming bonuses through multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If ndaji detects such activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, forfeit related winnings, and close the account.

12  General Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on ndaji:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or event is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a technical fault in a game is confirmed, ndaji reserves the right to void the result.
• In sports betting, win or loss is determined only after the match result is finalized.

13  Special Sports Betting Rules

ndaji offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Before betting on any market, you must read the specific terms for that market. As a general example: in a match like Bangladesh vs India, you can bet on the "Man of the Match" market by wagering on a player's chances of being the top performer — the outcome is settled at the end of the match.

14  Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ndaji platform:

• Placing bets on two opposing outcomes of the same event ("arbitrage betting").
• Using automated software, bots, or AI to manage bets.
• Accessing other users' accounts or placing bets on their behalf.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

15  VIP Tiers

ndaji has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback offers:

16  Rewards Policy

ndaji's decisions on cashback and rewards are final. Rewards may be cancelled if the claim period has passed. ndaji reserves the right to cancel rewards if a user violates these Terms.

17  Responsible Gaming Guidelines

ndaji believes that online betting and gaming should be enjoyed for entertainment purposes only. Betting should not be used as a way to solve financial problems. Do not bet more than you can afford. Set your own limits and stick to them.

• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, any legitimate and unencumbered balance will be returned to the user, though bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.
